Dr. Gabris accepts Zelle and Venmo payments. Payment is due at the time of service. Dr. Gabris is considered an out-of-network provider.

Dr. Carla Gabris does not accept insurance and cannot bill them directly on your behalf. She can, however, offer you a Superbill or statement for your insurance company to directly reimburse you for services. Your insurance company may still cover a portion of the cost of your treatment.

intake session

The intake is your first session as a client. Dr. Gabris spends this session gathering history, an understanding of your symptoms, and exploring your goals together. Intakes may include assessments, mental health screenings, formulating treatment plans, and providing appropriate referrals if needed. 

60 minutes

individual session

Ongoing work with one client is an individual session. Dr. Gabris spends this time focusing on your goals and utilizing specific treatment techniques to help you get where you want to be. This may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, or other modalities.

45 minutes

family session

Family sessions are spent focusing on the family’s goals and progress, and utilizes specific treatment techniques to help you reach your shared goals for improving emotional connection. This may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), positive psychology, problem-solving therapy, supportive therapy, or other modalities. Family sessions are longer, to give ample time for all members to move through the therapeutic process.
